My client wanted to sell his flat in Borivali so he
could buy a new bigger flat in Andheri. His flat was in good condition and all
but he couldn’t sell it in spite of giving advertisement in newspaper and
contacting brokers. He wanted to put the money from selling the flat into the
new flat. The owner of new flat was pressuring him that the deal will slip and
he will sell the initial payment within

When you try to generate ideas, think of yourself
as a sales person knocking on a whole subdivision of doors. Same won’t open at
all, some will open a suspicious crack, and some will slam in your face. But
the more doors you knock on, the greater your chances of being invited in.
